Initial Consultations – $280
During our consultation we’ll work together to get to the root cause of what’s been bothering you, and create a realistic plan to help your body heal. I’ll support you with personalised nutrition, herbal medicine where appropriate, and simple lifestyle steps that fit into your life.
How it works
– The initial appointment is 60 minutes and is held online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are.
– We’ll review your health history, talk about your current concerns, and set short and long term health goals.
– I take a holistic approach, so we’ll look at sleep, stress, digestion, movement, hormones, your diet and emotional wellbeing, not just symptoms.
After the first session
Once I’ve reviewed everything, we’ll meet again to go through your personalised health plan. This session will include practical recommendations and step by step support to help you implement change. Your plan may include:
– Food and nutrition guidance
– Herbal medicine or practitioner-grade supplements (if appropriate)
– Lifestyle and nervous-system support strategies
I focus on treating the underlying causes rather than masking symptoms, so you can build lasting vitality.
Your role
You’ll be an active partner in this process. Every step we take is shaped around you: your needs, your values, your lifestyle, and what actually feels realistic day to day. There’s no one size fits all advice here and no pressure to do things perfectly. Instead, we build a plan that you can genuinely stick to, one that respects your energy, your responsibilities, and your way of life.
If I recommend supplements or herbal medicine, these are available for purchase at an additional cost.

Follow Up Consultations – $140
Follow-up consultations are an important part of your health journey. They help us check how you’re going and make sure your plan is still helping you feel better. These follow-ups are 30 minute online sessions on Zoom, where we talk about what’s working, what’s changed, and what needs adjusting.
During these sessions, we’ll look at how your body is responding to the nutrition, lifestyle, or supplement changes we put in place. If something isn’t feeling right, we’ll tweak it together. If things are improving, we’ll keep building on that. As your health shifts, your needs will change too and these appointments help your plan grow with you.
Follow-ups also give us a chance to check in on new symptoms, talk through anything that’s been worrying you, and celebrate the progress you’ve already made. Healing takes time, and these sessions keep you supported along the way.
How often you need a follow-up depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Whether you’re managing a specific issue or wanting to stay on top of your health, these visits help keep you on the right track. My aim is to support you in a way that feels doable and empowering, so you can continue moving toward long-term health and feeling your best.
