I’m Lynda, a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath, and Medical Herbalist based in Cambridge, New Zealand. I help you boost your health by moving from burnout, stress, and hormonal imbalance to calm, clarity, and energy. Using whole food nutrition and herbal medicine, to support your nervous system and gut to create lasting, sustainable health.

With a strong background in holistic health, I combine nutrition, herbal medicine, and naturopathy to uncover the root causes of your symptoms. Instead of managing surface issues, I focus on restoring balance from within because true healing happens when we treat the body as a whole.
I believe that your physical, emotional, and nervous system health are deeply connected. When one area is out of balance, it affects the others. By working gently with your body, not against it, we can create lasting change.
Every person’s body tells a different story. That’s why my approach is always personalised and evidence-based. I offer practical, nourishing solutions that fit your real life, not rigid plans that add more stress. Together, we use food, natural therapies, and small, consistent lifestyle shifts to support calm, balance, and vitality.
My Own Journey Through Burnout and Healing My Gut
Like many of my clients, my path into this work was personal. I’ve experienced burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and the long-term effects of trauma. I know what it feels like to be exhausted but unable to slow down, caught in survival mode with no idea how to restore balance.
Healing didn’t happen overnight. It took nervous system support, nourishment, and learning how to feel safe in my body again. That experience gave me deep empathy for others walking a similar path and shapes how I practice today.
I also understand how frustrating digestive issues can be. For years, I struggled with bloating, discomfort, food sensitivities, and that constant sense that something wasn’t right, even when test results said everything was “normal.”
What I discovered was that gut health isn’t just about food. It’s about how your body feels when it receives nourishment. Healing meant supporting my nervous system, rebuilding trust in my body, and understanding the connection between stress, digestion, and emotional wellbeing.
Supporting You Through Every Stage of Health
Alongside my clinical qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Human Development. This training deepened my understanding of how stress, trauma, and emotional experiences shape our health.
I’m also trained in trauma-informed care and coaching, with knowledge in PTSD, abuse recovery, and nervous system regulation. That means I approach every consultation with compassion and safety, creating space for both your body and mind to heal.
