Lynda Pompa Montes de Oca
Lynda is a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath, and Medical Herbalist based in Cambridge, New Zealand. With a strong foundation in holistic health, she combines her expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, and naturopathy to support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Lynda’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how the body functions as a whole, and she works closely with clients to identify the underlying causes of health issues, rather than simply addressing symptoms. She believes in empowering individuals to take an active role in their own healing journey through personalised, evidence-based treatments that promote balance and vitality.
In addition to her qualifications in nutrition, plant based nutrition, naturopathy and medical herbalism, Lynda holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Human Development, which further enriches her ability to support clients with a comprehensive understanding of the emotional and psychological factors that can impact overall wellbeing. This background allows her to take a compassionate, client-centered approach to care, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs, values, and goals of each individual.
